Who I am

- Hi, I'm Fokko. I am a journalist and instructor living in the South of Germany not so far from Stuttgart. My background is a merely technical one because I graduated as an engineer of production technology and used to be a mechanic before I started studying. In my youngest days I used to be a bricklayer. I am into hunting, fishing, sailing, blacksmithing and sometimes playing World of Warcraft too. I like to read a lot and I am also interested in local and technical history too. On this blog I'd like to bring You some information about Germany and how it is to live here.
